Do you think you are spending more time and doing less? You need some productivity apps to let you automate things, make communication easier, and remove distractions. Below are some productivity apps you should try. Let’s begin!

  1. Calendly

You can schedule meeting seamlessly with Calendly without spending the time chatting with the person or exchanging emails.

Once you set up your Calendly account, you can just send a link to the person to schedule a meeting. They’ll select from one of the time slots you have already input in it and Calendly will schedule the meeting for you. It also avoids double booking and saves you time.

  • Platforms: iOS and Android
  1. IFTTT (If This Then That)

IFTTT lets you automate tasks when a certain condition is met. Similar to Apple Shortcuts, it connects with different apps to perform the custom automated tasks you set. But it also works outside of the iOS sphere. For example:

  • If there’s an upcoming event on my calendar, send me a reminder of the date, time and address of the event.
  • If it’s rainy weather, remind you to take an umbrella and wake up early.

There are many small tasks you automate with this app by using the pre-built applets or you can also create your own.

Toggl is a time tracking app which is kept simple to avoid distractions. It tracks your activity and shows you how much time you’re spending on your tasks. Teams can also use it to determine how much time each member is spending and who can work quickly. It works with all online platforms so you won’t have problem tracking time on any device.

You can use pocket to save it for later and focus on your work. Bookmark? You already have hundreds of unsorted items on bookmark so you can’t use it efficiently.

Pocket can save any link of any content for later viewing. It can also download a video that you can watch later without affecting your work hours.
